    Default Starting accutane tomorrow

    I can't WAIT . . .

I've had to endure the new 30-day waiting period now imposed in the states, and I'll have to answer to the nth degree about how well I'm preventing pregnancy, yada yada yada . . .

I did my bloodwork on Monday for liver enzymes et al.

I have no idea what the dosage will be -- but man -- I sure hope things improve somewhat. I don't see how they can get much worse

What should I expect just starting out on this stuff? How long will it take before I see any results (positive or negative). My derm says things will get worse before they get better (blah blah blah - I've heard it all before) -- but how long before "better" comes along?

    Gina,
What are you symptoms? Easier to give expectations once we know your symptoms.

The dosage is extremely important. I would not take this lightly. Conventional wisdom says that anything over 10mg (i.e. 20mgs and more) could make your rosacea worse, especially if you are light like many women are.

    Best,
    Trey
