Default Flushing days after eating trigger food ?

Last 3 weeks my Rosacea has been really great...

Last week was a bad week considering the food...
I ate all the no-food such as chocolate, dary and cheese..

    But no reaction at all.

But yesterday, a week after eating all those things my face flares up and is still burning, P&Ps and red..

Can I flare now beacuse of what I ate 1 week ago??
    23 years old, from Sweden.
Had my first Rosacea breakout during my pregnancy 2004

I've tried Metronidazol cream and Tetracyclin but without any improvment

There have been no clinical studies done on rosacea and diet. All the diet triggers are anecdotal reports of rosaceans interviewed by the NRS according to the 'official' NRS trigger list. However, rosaceans have reported in the various rosacea support groups many anecdotal reports. Due to this there are reports that a flare up can happen the same day with flushing, or the next day or the next week. I follow up and read reports about this subject a lot.

I have written extensively on rosacea and diet. My last post here on the subject is here >

I could give you pages and pages of information on the subject but that will do for now. I have written editorials on flushing and triggers as well.

I've flared days after eating a trigger food. I think it may happen that way because inflammation sometimes builds up over time...the skin becomes more and more stressed and then whammo
You may have not been aware of other factors stressing your skin in between eating the food and your flare...ie emotions, some sun, change in water temp. --- who knows? Our skin is just too sensitive to be aware of all the triggers all the time! And I think sensitivity to triggers changes as our body changes...so it's an impossible task to avoid them all...all we can do is try.
Bactrim (phasing out), Spironolactone 1x/day, Retin-a cream .05% in the p.m., Neutrogena Cleanser for Sensitive Skin, avoid dairy and usual Rosacea triggers.
