    Default Nicomide supplement

My dermatologist prescribed a vitamin supplement called Nicomide (it helps reduce inflammation), I take it twice daily. It contains:

    Nicotinamide, USP 750 mg
    Zinc Oxide, USP 25 mg
    Cupric Oxide, USP 1.5 mg
    Folic Acid, USP 500 mcg

I've been told all the ingredients in this supplement can be found over the counter but you have to watch with dosages, I think it's easier to just get it from my doctor...
