Default Looking for laser doctor recommendations

I have heard of Dr Crouch, but I wondered were there any other laser doctors that might be worth visiting in the UK for rosacea treatment that people had experience with? I just wanted to know all the options really, and peoples experiences with them. If you know of any others that have helped you, would be good if you could say how experienced they were?

I have been treated by Dr Crouch and can confirm that he is both knowledgeable and experienced.

I am aware of a Dr Patterson who carries out treatments from various sites in the UK and some members have been treated by him. If you do a search you should come up with some reviews. I am aware that he may have a different ethos in treatment from Dr Crouch.

I have not heard of Dr Walker but that doesnt mean he isnt good at what he does. What sort of lasers/IPL does he have?

Not sure where my answer went to this post, but anyway here is Dr Walker's website which says he has access to fifteen types of laser I think:

Here is a study by two UK doctors (Manchester) using the VBeam laser. I don't suppose anyone on the board has been treated by either of these doctors: Dr Madan and Ferguson? They seem to advocate the VBeam as the best laser for removing thread veins.

Thanks for posting such an interesting article. Off the top of my head neither names ring a bell but that certainly doesnt mean anything. It sounds like they know what they are talking about and have experience of treating rosacea issues.

If you dont mind I will post this link in the laser resource thread

Yes it does seem to be the cosmetic thread veins rather than the flushing they have treated in this study, and it would be interesting to see if either doctor has experience treating the flushing specifically.
