Soolantra equivalent for the scalp

I've been using soolantra on my face for over a week and its looking positive. As you can probably tell by my username, I also have a shaved head. I have some redness on my temples and crown which I think could be connected to demodex too. Is there an equivalent product I can use on my scalp (Im in the UK)? If I use soolantra on my face and scalp, its going to cost me a small fortune!

Amazon US sells the $5 USD tubes of 1.87% Ivermectin Horse Paste. Soolantra is 1% Ivermectin so the horse paste is stronger and much cheaper. People have reported success in using the horse paste.
