Default How to manage redness on forehead

I got redness on my forehead near hairline, and any small patches and little red dot point
My derm told me it's rosacea.
    How to manage it?
    Rozex seems to do nothing
Low dose isotretinoin could be an option?
But if it's not papules or spots how isotretinoin should working on my skin condition?
But low dose is how much normal dose use 0,5g/kg
    My weight is about 70kg
Normal dose would be 35mg once each other days
    Low dose is how much?
    Thks

There are many in RF who are taking low dose isotretinoin.
