    Default Documenting LDN experience

    Prescribed LDN on the 2nd of October

    Starting dose at 0.5ml and working up to 4.5 ml over the course of a month

    First dose: Oct/03/2020
    0.5ml


    Side effects: None

    Delighted you have started LDN!
    It?s such an effective drug for so many people and the side effects ( if any) are only good- nice dreams and in my case, all stiffness in my body gone

    What's the science behind this LDN drug? How can it help Rosaceans?

    There are no documented clinical papers that LDN improves rosacea and all the reports are anecdotal. The 'science' from these anecdotal reports is that LDN reduces flushing, neuropathic rosacea and phenotype 1, if you can allow the word 'science' to be connected to such anecdotal reports.
