It?s such an effective drug for so many people and the side effects ( if any) are only good- nice dreams and in my case, all stiffness in my body gone

There are no documented clinical papers that LDN improves rosacea and all the reports are anecdotal. The 'science' from these anecdotal reports is that LDN reduces flushing, neuropathic rosacea and phenotype 1, if you can allow the word 'science' to be connected to such anecdotal reports.
