    Should you drop your dose?

    Lowering the dose was doing me no good unfortunately. I upped it to 3.5ml the other day and had a lot of relief but i don't think it's actually the LDN doing anything tbh. Just coincidentally having less severe days

    Firstly, I'd like to apologise for constantly unpdating this thread lol.

    I just realised I have been taking my LDN in the morning this whole time. I will start trying to have it at night and I will update rhis space next Saturday

    Yes apparently it works much better at night

    In the beginning, I did try LDN in the morning, however nowhere near the good results that I obtained in the evening.

    I cannot recall, are you on tablets or drops?

    Hopefully this will turn things around for me too then! I'm taking it in liquid form

    I am taking sublingual drops, LDN without the fillers (tastes awful) but a real game-changer for me!

    Never knew you could get that! Thus far taking it at night has done nothing for me anyway
