Default Efficacy and tolerability of a cream containing modified glutathione (GSH‐C4)

    https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/...111/jocd.13707

I believe the full name of the cream mentioned in the medical journal (E-AR) is called 'Eutrosis Ar' Crema and is available on the web from Italy over the counter.

The journal also mentions, I found rather confusingly, the words (The Rosazel Trial) in the journal title. Searching the word Rosazel on the web it appears to be another new cream for Rosacea from Italy . Looking at the ingredients though, 'Eutrosis Ar' is the only one which contains the modified glutathione (GSH-C4).
This is Rosazel https://www.alma-medicaldevices.com/products/rosazel and the ingredients don't match, as posted here(with the wrong picture??) https://irosacea.org/forums/topic/12...#comment-20047

Hello, I can?t find any reviews online. The Eutrosis Ar appears to be sold on Amazon.

I doubt it will have many reviews yet, It was recently available June 2020 ?
The only short reviews I can find are written in Italian on some Italian pharmacy websites that sell it.

Yes that?s true. I am currently trialling another serum/oil, although may give this a try in a few months.

I have downloaded the full journal and attached it as a pdf to this post. It shows more information and has pictures before/after. (edit - I can't attach the pdf to my post as it's 8MB in size and this forum has a 4MB attachment limit).

I've now uploaded it to an online viewer

Thanks for flagging all this, especially the "rather confusingly, the words (The Rosazel Trial) in the journal title" and it does indeed mention in the article "A daily cream (E-AR) containing GSH-C4 (0.1%) with beta-Glycyrrhetic (0.5%) and azelaic acids (10%), with an SPF of 30, is available."

    Rosazel Ingredients (source)
Azeloglicina?: a combination between azelaic acid and glycine with soothing and moisturizing effect.
    - Hyaluronic Acid: a naturally-occurring polysaccharide that provides skin moisture and firmness.
    - Vit. E: a free radical scavenger, a powerful anti oxidant vitamin with protective properties on the skin
    - Solar Filters (SPF 15): to protect skin from UV-A and UV-B rays.

    Eutrosis AR Ingredients (source)
Ingredienti principali: Glutathione-C4, Azelaic acid and 18 β Glycyrrhetinic acid

Hopefully, we can unravel this mystery with some better clarification. What connection Rosazel has with Eutrosis AR may be simply Rosazel is the prescription treatment while Eutrosis AR is the over the counter treatment? To add further to this confusion there is also Eutrosis 641 sold on Amazon, not to mention Eutrosis DS, but I just did.

By the way, I changed the title of the post to 'Rosazel or Eutrosis AR?' due to your diligence and added a photo of Eutrosis AR.
