Is Keto good of bad for your health ? Their seems to be mixed reviews. I’ve started cutting carbs out. But just wanted to know others thoughts

Go for carbs that are not too gylcemic. Brown rice, for example. I still eat carbs, like bananas, but I eat a little piece of fresh ginger to stop blood sugar spikes.

There's times in the past when I ate suagry stuff and my face always got hot and red. If you do keto, I'd use intermittent fasting (eat say between 11am and 6pm). Always break the fast with healthy fats like nuts, boiled eggs, coconut oil, avocados.
I'm recovering from Mirvaso-induced skin damage. Ask me about it if you are too.

T-Shirt: "Laser skin treatment. That's what it is if you're wondering. Yes, it hurt."

Cool thanks has it helped ? bananas don’t agree with me. Do you eat sweet potatoes?

I am interested if anyone has tried keto and seen any results? I am thinking of trying in the new year not just for the Rosacea but also for the weight loss, and the brain clearing effects I have heard of. But I am aware that changes to the diet could either have a positive or negative effect on the Rosacea so I am keen to hear from some real life experiences before I dip my toe in. Pleased to hear if anyone has tried it on here.

I do better with plant-based diets that are dairy and gluten free and very low in refined sugar or carbohydrates. The paleo/low-carb diets that are trendy right now never worked for me.

Interesting, I have avoided dairy, and I know that would make keto harder as cheese is one of the ideal keto foods macro wise. Maybe I will hold off.
