Question Should i avoid this flushing trigger?

This is kinda a silly question maybe.

Im an accutane induced flusher and my biggest trigger, that bring on the most severe flush attacks is when im outside for prolonged times. I love golfing and im doing it alot, 3-5 times a week and i always severely flush after a round. A round take 4 hours. I feels this cant be very good for the blood vessels. Should i stop golfing? Atleast for now?

Edit; The flushing last for 2 - 4 hours. This is how it looks, Even with sunscreen.
