Its working slightly.

This wasn't a private Derm i was using, this was a NHS Derm who everytime i have met him, he has rushed our conversations through.

He's wanting me to be checked for Lupus now. But he does feel that laser treatment will work.

Unfortunately only done privately.

Laser treatment isn't regularly offered on the NHS for rosacea anymore. I don't think it's a sensible approach anyway when you have tried medicine options.
