Glad to hear you have found ZZ. You can use makeup while using it if you need to, but maybe try a powder foundation or one that is easy to remove. I found most cleansers to be very irritating so I would always avoid makeup, because then I'd have to wash it off at night. If you can get away with it, just use ZZ cream. I needed moisturizer with each application because it got drier the more I used it. I did have to take a day off at one point because my face was just so irritated. After significant healing, I barely have to use any moisturizer and I only use the ZZ cream 2-3 nights per week. I've almost completed 4 months using it religiously. Please keep us posted on your progress.
    thank you for the help.

so are you actually washing it off every day or keeping as much of it on your nose/face? yeah its just a foundation i have not used it in a few days as ive not been out.

I have a nivea moisturizer, can be slighlty greasy but works i suppose,

Mmm, this thread looks intriguing. I was kindly pointed in the direction of ZZ cream by a forum member, - Brady something? I'm so sorry but I forgot the name, but your help if you're reading this was much appreciated - and am thinking about giving it a try. I'm from the UK too. Did you get it on prescription? Also, I don't know what cleanser you're using if any, but the one that worked for me, in fact the only one that didn't irritate and which I've used for years, is the Calmin Skincare Cleanser. It is expensive though.

Re the prescription question, never mind, I've found it through Amazon. Should have checked first. Sorry.

I put the ZZ cream on at night with my moisturizer, and the next
Morning just rinse my face in the shower. Cleansers strip away the natural oils in your skin and my skin tends to be dry (or used to be but actually now it feels quite soft thanks to ZZ!) so mostly I just rinse my face with water and use ZZ and moisturizer. Thatís it.

As above, all the answers you need are in my thread, you just need to put 45 minutes aside to read through it.

    Good luck!
