Sorry to see you are having a relapse. Are you taking anti-depressants?

In the past week or more, what have you been ingesting? Sugar/carbohydrate? Have you kept a diary of what you have consumed? Any other drugs or oral treatments?

Are you under any exceptional stress lately?

How often do you apply the ZZ cream/water? Each day?

You may want to have your physician rule out any other rosacea mimic such as lupus or Seborrheic Dermatitis.

How long have you been using it ?
I’m a week and a half in and I’m not sure what’s happening with my skin either.

No i am not taking anti-depressant

My eating routine is like that:
Breakfast: barley or oatmeal soup , home made bread (made with barley ,wheat and municipal yeast),olive oil, butter, green tea with no sugar
Lunch: salad, cooked meat with vegetables, some times cooked fish with veggies, peace of bread, and fruits
Snack time:green tea ,peace of homemade cake or cookies or peace of bread
Dinner: vegetables soups or lentils soup ,organic yogurt (no sugar)
I don’t eat fast food or junk food no sweets or colas, no processed foods (meat or white floor etc...).

Have you kept a diary of what you have consumed?
No,because i consider my eating is healthy and homemade
Any other drugs or oral treatments?
    No drugs
Recently i did a teeth scaling
Are you under any exceptional stress lately?
    No

First time i started zz cream i was applying zz cream every night before bed (3 weeks for all over my face and 3 weeks after i did only the effected areas ) after one year i started to skip some days but i recognized one spot here the other spot there and i decided to start doing zz application for all over my face again (except nose chin )and every night.
I recognized that my face is reacting like the first times when i started zz cream
The surprising thing is the cystic acne in my forehead which is hearting ,and the bumps in my neck

I have scalp dandruff that I treat it with apple cider of vinegar every week
I am afraid that zz cream makes my rosacea spreading out

Can you have your skin tested for demodex?
Maybe then ask for oral tablets.
I don’t have any suggestions as I’ve only just started and I don’t know what to do if my skin can’t take if as I’ve already done 4 months of soolantra. And my guts are strong enough for antibiotics.

Thank you for you for your support, really it means too much to me
Don’t worry about zz cream, even if i have troubles I think it’s not due to it, l am sure that i am skipping something, that is why we have each other in this wonderful group ,that saves my life for almost 2 years , and i hope to keep it up
I wonder why did you stop soolantra ? I heard good reviews about it
