    Hello RV!

I started it gently a week ago (just a few areas of my face) have been using it all over since Friday night on a damp face!

Shocked here too ! Yes, just once a day sparingly, a couple of stubborn P & P's almost gone and overall redness reduced.

What with the nerve pain way down (almost gone) and this, after 16 years I could almost be forgiven for forgetting I have this awful disease!!

    Happy days!!

    Exclamation A note of caution!

I would not of attempted applying this cream when my face was flushing, angry and swollen with nerve pain!

I feel I am only able to tolerate this after LDN has calmed and helped reverse skin sensitivity!

    Hi Judy,
Just wondering how long you have been on the LDN and what dose you are taking?
When did you notice a big reduction in nerve pain?

    Hello Molly

Started taking it 25/10/2018 and am only up to 2.5 mg now.............if I recall the reduction in nerve pain was after a few days; but by about a month (I think) it was greatly reduced when I changed to the LDN without fillers (taste awful( but much better for me!

    Hi Judy,
Thanks a million. I will look into the drops because I donít think my current LDN is doing anything.

    Are you happy with it?

I am on 2.5 mg (seems to be plenty high enough for me!)

Not really. LDN seemed to work at the beginning but then stopped working ( irrespective of dose).
Thatís when I introduced firstly Amitriptyline and then Duloxetine which works the best of all. Just wish I could get the LDN to work as I would be comfortable taking it long term.
