Thx. What is your experience with LDN? As it hopefully can help with heat intolerance too I have good hopes. What do you take meds, supplements atm? are you able to go a full day without heat/flushing?

LDN is a little helpful to me. But it is most helpful for people whose rosacea is mainly caused by a nerve dysfunction. If your dysfunction relates to blood vessels, then moxonodine or clonidine are more likely to help, also hydroxychloroquine.

I have to say though I tried ACV a bit and I dont think my body/face cant handle it, I have now put some TTO drops into my shampoo
Is there a possible way to reverse ETS? I didnít know that there was.
I hope for your sake there is.

Yes there are doctors doing it. Some robotic assisted, promising but early stages.
