So I think im going to try this to try and reduce my baseline redness, since Mirvaso the whole of my head is like a tomato not constant but can get weeks where its really bad.

so going to try this LED thing.

I found a LED mask by Lumina Perfect

It doesn't have to be any particular brand. Just an LED with a wavelength of at least 630nm is a good starting point.

I spent 80 on my mask only to discover the exact same mask with a different brand name was being solf for half that price.

Mirvaso ****ed my skin up too. PPL and IPL has helped. So too has taken charge of my health. It is said that your skin today is a reflection of what you have been eating for the last 12 months. Not totally true if you've been burned by Mirvaso as I have, but I'll take the idea in spirit as food can be a medicine or a pathogen to the body.

Bone broth. That contains collagen. Get some organic beef bones from the local butcher. They may or may not charge for them. But make bone broth and have it regularly. Get a slow cooker - I have one.

You're going to be rebuilding your health with a long term view to healing your skin. And SPF 50 sun screen on your face during sunlight exposure. That's very important!
I'm recovering from Mirvaso-induced skin damage. Ask me about it if you are too.
