I have been using the Ancestral Kidney supplement, I got it from Amazon.

    https://www.amazon.com/Ancestral-Sup...cestral+kidney

I would say it's now been reduced to maybe 20-25% from a month ago. HOWEVER--I'm not entirely sure if it's entirely due to the DAO as a week ago I cut out gluten completely from my diet. Cutting out all gluten seems to have really improved my brain fog and exhaustion, I was still getting some small blisters on my skin and those have now stopped. I'm still taking the DAO.

Thanks for your response, what was the name of the blood test level that showed your histamine levels in your blood were high ?, I have had my blood tested before many times but I didn't know there was a test marker for this, so I assume mine was at a more normal level, although I always get tested in the morning without eating after fasting for 8 hours . I have taken anti-histamines to try and reduce redness and they work to an extent, so I wonder if histamine might be a factor in my rosacea.

Oh, sorry for the delayed response! I just saw this. You know, I don't really get generalized redness. I get red spots. Yes, decreased by 75% or so. I still have it a little in places on my body but I haven't had to wear makeup in weeks, my face is pretty much cleared up, more than 75%. I had some pizza the other day and got a bunch of red spots and blisters on my arms and legs, I think it must be the gluten but that's just speculation. Not going to take my chances though, no more gluten for me. I'm still taking the DAO.
