Default Just Realised I May Have Rosacea

Male, 21 here and have had rosey cheeks and nose for at least 10 years but never really cared / always thought I had sensitive skin that was sun burn. Recently I've been taking more care in how I look and today I googled around and found out about Rosacea. Thanks to all the info on this website, I can start treating my face better. Planning to start treating with simple remedies first and work my way up if those do not yield results.

Unfortunately, I have never really noticed any triggers and don't know if it gets worse or better at different times. I would say since I've had it, it has always been at same level but maybe I just haven't really noticed the changes.

    My plan of action:

    - Take Grapeseed extract
    - Take probiotic capsules, Vitamin C and other vitamin supplements (recently started doing this anyway for general health)
    - Take antioxtidant tablets
    - Use red light therapy using a hand held device (https://www.amazon.co.uk/NORLNAYA-Co...ct_top?ie=UTF8)
    - Use moisturiser with a high SPF factor
    - Stop washing my face with shampoo when washing hair (no idea why I did this, never knew it was bad), wash with water instead
    - Focus on stress relief (stress has had negative impact in other areas, may be the cause)
    - Try and identify if any triggers causes the issue to get worse (or if doing something makes it better)

    Questions:
    - Found 50g of Grapeseed for the equivalent of $6 from a fitness supplement site - Seems a bit cheap given that the dosage is 250mg on the product but it says 100% Grape seed extract, should be fine?
    - Any particular antioxtidant brands/products reccomended? I could not find glisodin reccomended in another thread in the UK. Found this (https://www.healthmonthly.co.uk/swan...SABEgLWF_D_BwE)

    - Any other simple actions I should take?

    - Also is there any way I can check that it actually is Rosacea and not something else? Reading around it seems that many dermatologists just assume it is.

    Thank you for any help

I would start with speaking to a doctor to get a diagnosis first

Will do that too - what exactly is the diagnosis? Is there a reliable test or is it just listening to symptoms and making a decision based off that?

Might want to read up on diagnosing rosacea.

I didn't have a test or anything. My doctor has not rated severity or anything. The doctor just said you have it. I was then referred
to a specialist dermatologist who confirmed that. I also checked out symptoms on internet to confirm it.
