    Strong dosages of Vitamin D3. I also take B complex, Vit C (1000mg) and magnesium/calcium. Also take a multi vit.
    I'm recovering from Mirvaso-induced skin damage. Ask me about it if you are too.

    Vitamin A and zinc is good for rosacea.

    I am actually using these supplements for my skin:

    Am: maka tablet, vitamin c (500mg), vit b

    Pm: maka tablet, vitamin a, zinc

    I have now Vitamin C + Zink
    1 Tea Spoon Apple Vinegar in Morning and Evening
    Curcuma Kapsule
    Dr Wolz Bacteria
    Asthaxanthin
    Active Mineral
    " Weihrauch " sorry, dont know it in english.
    D3 Drops

    My Focus is( what i read here in the Forum and in the Inet ) that i need to eat most of fresh vegetables and fruit and with this food supplements above to decrease the inflammatory in the Body.
    I have ordered some Cannabis Oil and black caraway oil also for the Omega 3 and 6 Fats. I look that i renounce Sugar, Alkohol. I have much Informations from this Site too: https://www.drweil.com/diet-nutritio...ammatory-diet/

    My husband had bad Rosacea. He took a round of antibiotics for an unrelated infection and then took the probiotic Saccharomyces Boulardii MOS made by Jarrow Formulas to help re-establish his gut bacteria. Well, those probiotics almost totally cleared up his Rosacea after 3-4 weeks! He is going to continue taking it.
