    Default salicylic acid

I found that salicylic acid was more effective after using for a long period of time. The kp bumps on my arms no longer exist because I used salicylic acid religiously daily right after shower. I use it on my face and haven't noticed a huge difference like there was on my arms but I'm going to continue to do it.

The white blotch would indicate the laser worked in that area if you were previously red there before. I know that's stating the obvious, but that's good news.
Yes there wasn't a white blotch there. The laser seemed to work there very well. Good news!

I have PDL in 2 days and just wanted to give a quick update. DO NOT USE RHOFADE. I used it 2 nights ago and noticed a little reduction in redness. So, I used it again the following day and now my cheeks are flushed!!! They are hot and those white blotches the PDL treatment created are no longer there! I'm upset but I believe this happened for a reason. I did some research and it seems that making your face flush before PDL creates a better effect. Some people use hair dryers to make them flush before treatments. Maybe this is God's hand at work and this next treatment will have a greater effect.

    Default PDL Today

Here are pics before and right after treatment. The machine was set to 7.5 joules at 10ms. Also, just so you know, the treatment hurts like hell haha.

Here are my cheeks 2 days after PDL. Already look really good!!! Probably the best they have ever looked. I haven't flushed or gotten red since the treatment so far which is super encouraging!!

That's great news. Try to limit flushing for the first 2 weeks so that blood vessels don't reform.

Great to hear that you're seeing results! I'll be doing V Beam myself here in a few weeks, so I'm a little nervous, having only done IPL. 😣Keep us updated!

Yeah, I'd steer clear of Rhofade and Mirvaso. Those products are the devil.
