    Default LLLT after Vbeam?

I had started using the Dual Care light therapy a few weeks before my Vbeam that was performed Friday. Just wondering if anyone has continued using their light therapy after laser therapy. I didn't ask my dermatologist because she doesn't believe that LLLT works on Type 1 rosacea. I asked her about it when I saw her for a consultation and she said that it hasn't been proven to be effective :/ Not sure what to do. I know I was getting results from the Dual Care but I don't want to mess things up with the Vbeam.

Has anyone been in a similar situations?

    Thanks!

Then in her opinion, it wouldn't matter if you did or didn't do it, because as far as she's concerned, it's not effective anyway.

Personally, I think she's wrong. I start using my dual care lamp a day after my IPL treatments. I've experienced no complications doing this. If anything, it seems to help speed along the recovery process. Just my experience, though.

I'm using LED 39 days after having had vBeam.

I still haven't recovered from vBeam. There's hyperpigmentation (yellow/brown spots where the laser has been) plus pinkiness also where the laser has been.

I can see there's actually still a way to go with healing totally from this particular vBeam session but I am going to use my red and green LED daily anyway.

I know it takes months to see real results with LED so the sooner I get on with it the better.

If it's ineffective, then so be it. As long as it doesn't make it worse.
I'm recovering from Mirvaso-induced skin damage. Ask me about it if you are too.
