No not tried that yet. Problem is my rosacea skin is so sensitive I’m struggling just using the mildest soap. Trying to make it to the 12 week mark of soolantra then I’m gonna try and tackle the SD. Why I have to be cursed with both at my the same time. I’m hoping trying LDN will make my skin less sensitive so I can treat both problems. Seem to able to tolerate piroctone olamine shampoos. It either have SD or contact dermatitis by using shampoo to get rid. Gonna read Toms papers he sent me again when I get a chance. I. Going to ask doc for sibo test on Tuesday. I have an IPL machine I bought for legs too scared to use it on my face especially with these two circles on my face as not sure what that is .

i dont think uk doctors will do a SIBO test on the NHS - my gastro specialist said they arrnt even allowed to prescribe rifaxamin to treat SIBO , as its too expensive , they have to use amoxicillin instead ...

your best bet is to do a test privately im afraid ...

Amoxicillin is what started this all off for me 🙄 . But rifaxamin is the only thing that’s supposed to work 🤷🏼*♀️
I have a letter from a professor who has suggested it so I’m hoping they might do it 😬
