    Thank you!

    I am now able to resume my daily 2 hour exercise routine too!

    I sweat (happy for that, as didn't sweat before, which caused it's own issues!!).

    I?m much better than I was health wise. But I?m working on my gut as well . It may have helped in other areas so it may take longer for skin. I?m taking it for a year aswell as sorting out inflammation in my body. As rosacea is autoimmune for sure.

    I have graves disease too, and since rosacea eczema. (oh joy!), I wish you well.

    Yeah mines a lot better but not untill I started with anti inflammatory diet . LDN didn’t help .
