I just posted this on reddit's seb derm forum, that I just found out about today.

Anyways, i'd like to recommend the carnivore diet.

In just under 2 weeks, it's all but eliminated my decade long ibs. On top of that, i've had major improvements in skin, energy, mouth health (geographic tongue, etc.), depression, body composition and sleep quality.

In the past here I recommended the ketogenic diet and by all means it help better than any other eating approach (vegan, standard healthy, paleo, etc.). It was close but no cigar, I feel the carnivore diet is the way to go, ESPECIALLY for immune compromised folk who have long term skin conditions.

Try it for 30 days, just meat, fat (butter), salt and water.
