    Default Non irritating antifungal?

Can anyone suggest a gentle product that is antifungal? It literally seems like all of the washes have sulphate or fragrance and the creams or gels have a ton of irritating ingredients like alcohol or mineral oil etc. I don’t understand why they would put that in a product used for people with already sensitized skin!? I’ve tried Xolegel, ketocanozole cream, extina foam, Lotrimin, promiseb, tea tree products, honey cleansing etc. I’m trying these for suspected seb derm. I have the classic film of dead skin behind the ears, in eyebrows, and on the sides of my chin, nose, and cheeks. Rubbing it off irritates the skin and causes pimples and so does any moisturizer. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
