Unhappy New here and just realised what rosacea is and that I have it..

Hi .. I'm new here and relieved to find a forum that supports people with rosacea. I'm only just learning about it . I'm housebound with severe agoraphobia. I'm hoping to find out some information and what I can do to help treat this condition ..

    Default hi there

i would recommend that the most helpful things for me are
    1. don't go out into the sunlight
    2. start treating it. fast.
    3. avoid heat
    4. avoid stress
    5. don't use any of the counter products on your affected areas. no magic plant smoothie face mask bull**** you read online either

Got a smartphone? Then please post a non-revealing pic of your face/skin to www.imgur.com, instead of using walls of text to describe it to us. It may be the best thing you've ever done!

    Hi,

I'm new as well to this site. I've just been diagnosed with mild rosacea and I'm very worried about it, which doesn't help either. I've been prescribed some anti flush tablets by my dermo which I'm picking up tomorrow and I'm praying they help.

Have you been to see a dermatologist?

    Sarah

Hi, I'm not sure as I have to pick my prescription up today, so I will let you know. Have you tried anti flush tablets before?

The name of the tablets is Clonidine, have you heard/tried these before?
