    No problem
Aduro was my third choice. I contacted them regarding the rosacea and couperose skin problems. They recommend more frequent, yet shorter sessions: 2x 10 minutes.
They also said that the best for us would be the yellow colour (570-585 nm)...
You see, it is really easy to feel lost in this information jungle

Spot on! Sooooo easy to feel awash in all the info - I'm feeling a bit that way in this 'research phase' prior to buying.
Do you mind explaining why you went with the Project E over the Aduro. And why it was your third choice?

It's so useful for me that you've plowed ahead on this path - thank you again for sharing your knowledge! Really appreciate you sharing it.

    Mindfully Optimistic

My mask was simply the cheapest. I did not want to invest a lot into something I wasn't sure was going to work for me.

I have positive opinion about RLT, as I had used it for about one year. IMHO it is not the solution, I wouldn't consider it as a main treat against redness but as support of lasers and daily regime regarding skin's care.
Good source for LLLT is example https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4126803/ where some things are explained. More informations are also available at this site after typing phrase in search field.

In my case IPL decreased to almost zero my burn sensation, flushing, blushing also. Cutera laser significantly decreased redness to almost non visible and LED therapy (with moisture-like creams, I use anti-wrinkles one) helps to daily maintain quite good results which I am pleased of.

Thanks for the link. It sheds a light on the mechanisms behind the LLLT.

Thanks so much Lady Cappuccino and Forsberg.
I understand your reluctance on price LC - that's what I'm tossing up too.

What a great article, Forsberg. Highly informative. Thank you very much!

    Hello,
I live in Poland. I found such LED masks on the site (it's a Polish eBay, amazon, etc ;p):

    1. http://allegro.pl/maska-led-7-koloro...145622486.html the price is PLN 690.00. (~ 166 euros), shipping from Poland.

    2. http://allegro.pl/maska-led-pdt-do-t...152268772.html the price is PLN 299.99 (~ 71 euros), shipping from Asia.

    3. http://allegro.pl/polderma-maska-led...151758791.html PRO MASK, the price is PLN 3600.00 (~ 866 euros), shipping from Poland.

I want to buy the cheapest (I think). Someone of you also has such a mask?

I guess the mask #1 and #2 are exactly the same. When you search for those masks on Amazon or Ebay, youŽll notice, they all have exactly the same design and also the arrangement of the buttons on the remote are identical. I guess they are all produced in the same chinese factory and some companies just print their brand on them, to sell them more expensive I would go with the cheapest.

Most of that what is available on typical "sales" websites like ebay, amazon, allegro and other worldwide\national places are made in china with different brands (same product with different sticker).
I would suggest really good background check before spending money, better buy smth on known sitesspecifically dedicated LED therapies, medical the best.
It is not that on ebay or allegro is always crap but it is hard to find there good quality product.

I would buy something with at least one-year warranty and a customer service.
