    This stuff is very powerful, so usually 45 seconds is well enough for me But this is rather individual and varies from one person to another.

    Super thank you for answering! Yes I guess it's very individual. But it sounds great though to just have to use it for a few minutes, rather than the mask which takes like 20 minutes. I'm going to look into buying a hand held one, the red light man was decently priced so i might go for that one!

    Nothing. I just close my eyes and it has been well enough for me.
