Default A cup of water with lemon juice, cinnamon and oregano oil

    Hi,

For now I am taking lemon juice, oregano spice and cinnamon (lemon juice and cinnamon also seem to have antiyeast properties) and mix it in my everyday glass of water to drink internally. Not sure the oregano spice will work but the lemon juice and cinnamon should :-)

I read somewhere that Oregano had antiyeast-properties which can combat the seborrheic dermatitis and for me especially who also seem to have Candida it might be a double hit.

Also read here that people with seborrheic dermatitis or Candida had success with:

    Oregano Oil: https://www.acne.org/oil-of-oregano-reviews-1201/
    Lemon Juice: https://www.acne.org/lemon-juice-as-a-drink-reviews-76/
    Cinnamon: Just google

There's also a thread on Lemon Juice here:

    Will report back!

    Oregano oil is really effective.
For candida you might also want to try pau d'arco tea.
