    Hi,

I have rough, dry and flushed red cheeks. I Have mild KPRF which occurs around the hair follicles of the upper arms. Look at the pictures. What is it? What should i do? Please help.
I have gluten and histamine intolerance. My ears are red hot and itchy due to cold weather.

I have used cream with gluconolactone and lactobionic acid in high doses for 2 weeks to exfoliate skin. I can't see any improvement. I have a little red forehead and nose. Skin exfoliating worsen my rosacea. How to get rid of KPRF?

Was thrilled to find this thread because Iíve been battling the EXACT same bumps on my lower cheeks for almost a year now. They can get itchy too.

Originally I thought since I had rosacea plus these tiny bumps that it must be demodex mites. Soolantra did nothing. Only one of the gazillion derms I saw suggested KP once I told him I was positive it wasnít acne and that oracea, soolantra, etc did nothing. Maybe because I am in my 40s derms donít think KP can occur on the face but it did for me? Wow. These bumps were such a mystery until now.

Anyone have success in ridding themselves of these KP bumps? Iíve been using finacea foam for a few months with some moderate, but not miraculous results. I have also been gluten, dairy, grain, soy, sugar, caffeine and alcohol free for over a year. I donít think itís diet related. My skin is so sensitive, therefore differin, etc scare me. Iím going to up my dose of oral vitamin A (retinol form) too...

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Christ I think I have this aswell, what can you do to combat it ? Does shaving get rid of it on the shave zone ?, I figured my skin was bumpy because of a build up of grime from not washing my face everyday due to skin sensitivity

Do these small bumps on the forehead not resemble fungal acne?
