I'm keen to try 630 insted of 650. Green is going ok so far but it's very early as you start noticing difference weeks down the track. I tried the green tea and it calms my face down for like 1 hour after! It goes so super white. I'm not sure why but it might constrict the veins or something or it's the antioxidants or just the fact that I have wet pad on my face for 20mins. Strange but awesome. Pity it doesn't last long.
What tea tree ratio? I can buy lotion with TT extract but I am not sure what kind of proportions to use as cleaning pads or make 10 min session with them?
Regarding RLT, I shortened distance between face and lamp itself to 5 cm and I found stronger results. I give then about 60-80 Joules.

Green tea...not tea tree lol that would sting!
I put like 4 tea bags in a cup and fill like 1/4 so it's nice and brown and soak the pad in it leave for 10-20mins. Lately it's not working as good. Iv been eating bad.
I just received my pure red and used it tonight. It's bright and I'm just trying to figure out how far to hold it from my face. If too close do you have to move it around a lot? To cover your whole face and for how long do you do this?

Can I ask exactly how far distance and how long time wise you use this for and do you clean skin before or moisturise?

I fit the category of 'Mirvaso disaster' too.

I have an LED mask with 7 colours, and I want to use it more consistently than I have been doing.

I've been having PDL and IPL but never wanted to use the LED after treatment as I was worried about disrupting the healing process and possibly making things worse.
I'm recovering from Mirvaso-induced skin damage. Ask me about it if you are too.

T-Shirt: "Laser skin treatment. That's what it is if you're wondering. Yes, it hurt."
