Default do you heat MTC oil frist before adding climbazole?

sorry, i'm new to this. i saw one thread where he used "water bath".
    I have 2 questions.

    1. do you heat MTC oil first before adding climbazole?
    2. in water bath, do you put the container of mtc oil while the oven is still on or you turn off the oven after the water boils.

i'll just use a "macgyvered" double boiler like the one on youtube..

do you add climbazole after oil has reached the required temperature. i think it's 97 degrees.
or you add it while the oil is still cold

I think it is best to use a glass chemist's beaker from Amazon and a pan of boiling water. I don't know about microwaving it as you can't be sure about the heating - I saw the youtube clip and it looked like it could cook the climbazole to me? Holding a beaker of oil and climbazole in a pan of near boiling water at least you know what is happening to the solution. I take mine to 98C and hold it for a few minutes.
