    Mellowing,
I've noticed that when I feel hot my face gets a burning/ tingling sensation. I've noticed my lips burning when I eat kiwi.

That was the first symptom I got when I started developing food allergies, a feeling like my face was burning on either side of my nose. Then I started getting the burning feeling in my mouth as well, and started getting big red welts on my face and a feeling like a lump in the throat, and then my tongue and lips swelling.

Do you have stomach symptoms too? like chronic diarrhea, nausea, stuff like that?

I didn't figure out what I was allergic to until it got pretty bad, because it was an ingredient in lots of foods. Now I know and I do okay as long as I avoid it.

Yes, sometimes (back when I used to flush more regularly) it would just feel stinging or burning and I expected I was flushing but when I would check in the mirror I would look normal.

No stomach issues like diarrhoea etc just facial burning usually along the jawline, sometimes on the cheeks.

Looks like no more chocolate or coffee for now.
