    Default Going into hospital.....

Just wanted to say thank you to all who have tryed to help me with my rosacea during this horrendous three year period. Unfortunately, my rosacea continues only to get worse. I am extremely depressed and have daily thoughts of suicide. My husband and I thought it best I go to hospital as I just cannot get through the days. Please keep my in your prayers.

So sorry to hear Wendy.. This disease can break us, it surely can. I hope they can help you in hospital with at least the anxiety and depression part. There are some antidepressants out there which can really cut down on both and as a bonus help with the flushing and redness. I'm sure you've heard about them on here, some find Zoloft or Celexa useful, I have best results with mirtazapine. Rosacea is tough to beat but when you can control your angst and depression, it all does become a bit easier.
Fingers crossed for you girl, don't give up! x

My thoughts are with you--this can be so hard! You are not alone, and I hope that provides some sort of comfort. I know you've struggled with the really intense flushing and burning sensations that I have as well. It can feel unbearable so often. I've seen a number of drs recently with different med ideas to address this--the pain especially. If anything works, I'll be sure to let you know. I'll be thinking of you!
