Unhappy Hair loss and itching HELP please

First, i'm pretty happy to be found this forum i found it last night while in bed searching for fungus malassezia. Also i found the biom8 product... and because i find myself desperate to get some relief( i donno what to do) i wanted to know if it will help my hair loss which is massive, i've been in many doctors inclusive dermatologists they haven't mentioned anything about this fungus, the doctor barely wanted to check me, the only thing she said was i have dermatitis ans this is common and many people have and no cure etc etc, beside her i heard this also from the other doctors, made me feel so frustated, knowing the fact the itches really bother my life in a way that is causing me depression, i itch my eyes whole day causing it infection and conjunctivitis, and now im using many drops for my eyes to relief. The cycle is this: my area around eyes lashes brows and all skin that goes in this area very close to my eyes itch then while i'm itching which is mostly whole day, my finger sometimes touchs inside my eyes and my hands i can't be washing it every single minute as i itch the eyes, so it irritates inside my eyes causing the whole other problem, also the skin flares i kind of feel they fall inside my eyes causing more problems.

My hair falls and everytime i comb it or touch it more hair comes in my hands, my home have hair every part of the house, it's very sad how my life is being destroyed because of this, i'm wondering about to shave my whole head... would not solve but is just because of hair i see everywhere everyday falling i feel so depressed, i've tried some medicines for face such as protopic and for scalp some dandruff shampoos, teat tree shampoo, and also a medicine for scalp prescribed by the doctor, didn't help... right now my scalp is very itchy lots of dandruff i've applied some vinegar to get relief from the itch.

I see i also have somethings looking like acnes in my face hairline behind ears(my ears are extremely itchy inside) and flares up too.

I would like to know what have worked for you people, would biom8 help me? What shampoo should i use to kill malassezia? Or at least give some advices what would feed it and control it... also if possible, what you people eat to control it, could someone make a diet table for me what to eat in breakfast, lunch, dinner, what to eat as snacks? I been searching about this like crazy... and the results i find are strange... i search "butter linoleic acid" for exemple then it shows butter is great source for it in one article, the next article or website says never eat such food butter it will feed this fungus... so i find it quite difficult to know what is safe to eat and what is harm.

For hair problems my doc gave my Stieprox (Ciclopiroxum) shampoo - it is medical thing only via prescription. As far I know it is also for malassezia starting from 1.5%.
As I do not have this thing like you have, I use this shampoo once per two-three weeks and I have no problem anymore.

For beautiful hair I eat Biotebal (Biotinum) pills. My hair is thick, strong and look great.

Hey, thanks for replying. Do you think i could find it without the medical prescription? I'm here wondering how will i try to explain to the doctor i want her/him to prescribe me this since doctors don't like when the patient start talking smarter than them, what did you mean by this "As I do not have this thing like you have" ? Where are you from? Biotebal is same as biotin capsules?

If you have melaszzia because doctor says that he should give you specific for that. If you suspect it your own it would be just guess but worth a shot, why not. However you have to know that some illness are different even if you see similar symptoms. If your docs were treated you for dermatitis and after time it didn't help then it is worth to give a shot against this fungus.
It may be difficult to get specific from doc if he thinks otherwise. Thanks god I have access to doc and whatever I wanted, she gave me without problem - good relations with doc is important hahah

I had dry skin, I had something which was a bit dandruff but it wasn't it. My ears were dry. I had some kind of bubbles with liquid on my head.
I had to use Hydrocortisoni butyras and Stieprof. It helped, now I use it once per 2-3 weeks just to prevent any comeback.

I read my shampoo according to studies is also for fungus you suspect, but it needs to be 1.5%

You have to know you may be wrong about what you think :P

Biotebal is Polish name for brandname, don't know exact Latin one. I live in the Netherlands.

Unfortunally the day i had the meeting with the doctor i had washed my hair very well i didnt think about it i should have left as it is normally so she could see what's going on, then what happened was, the scalp was clean from dandruff, she gave a quick look and said i dont see anything... and that was all, then she just added "everybody loses hair in a daily percentage it's normal" hehe this i have heard from many doctor and really irritates me when i know the hair i lose is extremely alot compared to the normal percentage which they says about 100 per day, and yes she put in my diagnostic eczema seborreic dermatitis, but i felt she didnt look me well and it was expensive private doctor since the usual public health wasnt helping me, also the other doctors says it's a condition which many people have" and we just have to live with it... but the feeling for me is like: you have an bleeding and are suffocating but try to live with it just like others... because tha's how i feel the SD does to my life, it is definitely NOT a minor problem that i can just ignore, if it wasnt causing me eyes infection i would not be so concerned, not to mention the hair loss is also very annoying, and it grows back, falls and grows, falls and grows... so at least i have hair in my scalp, lots of baby hairs thin and unhealthy.

Hair loss is natural if it is small amount, everybody knows that. Some people even almost do not lose hair if not physically triggered by example brush. I guess it is genetics.
You best know your body, if you really think you lose hair much faster than it was in the past then it is not normal and no any doc should say to live with that.
Maybe try to find real good doc - example in Poland we have public website of doctors who earn trust (stars). After you see the doc has example 20 000 votes, mostly good ones then it is good sign of his quality.

My problem was itching too, I used shampoo given by doc and problem deceased. It is hard to self-diagnose but if you are desperate you can call a shot and try shampoo with ingredient I mentioned. It won't kill you :P

But first find good doc, it doesn't have to be expensive as money is not equal the quality of service.

Biotebal tabs (Biotinum) helped me much, I took them 3 months. Now I have thick, thickened hair.

Hmm unfortunaly here we dont have these sites to see what doctors are good and they are not good normally here many people complain if we want see a specialist have to pay private because the public service will not send you to one, and they are very expensive, all of them are, but then, i will search this shampoo you mentioned in local pharmacys, which was the shampoo ingredient again? P.s i think 99% chance i have this fungus malassezia, and also the dermatologist where i been have written in my diagnostic that i have seborrhea dermatitis, i didnt know for sure what relation it had both things the fungus and this, but i had seen something about this fungus, until i googled SD then it showed the relation with this fungus... i'm sure i have it on my face and ears!

But for my hair loss and scalp it is only my guess there is living the same creature... since i got similar white thing looking like dandruff in my scalp very similar to what i see in my face, so i just 2+2 understand? But what makes me think and rethink is alot of people have also dandruff but they dont experience hair fall as me... my hair falling is massive.

My shampoo's brand name is Stieprox, the active ingredient is Ciclopiroxum. I used 1.5% concentration.
Additionally I used Laticort with active ingredient of Hydrocortisoni butyras - very delicate steroid liquid. I used this for bad places like weird skin around ears or small bubbles on my head, surely not as common shampoo - few drops per 100 ml of water.... and 1-2 drops per special places like bumps on scalp.

In my case it took 2 weeks to be free of my disease. I used it 2-3 times per week, just like normal shampoo.
I had dandruf (it wasn't real dandruf itself, it looked like this) on my scalp, around ears.
