21 year old male, suffering from KPRF since the beginning of puberty.

From what I've read cacao contains a lot of antioxidants, according to some articles 20x more than blueberries. I went to the store and bought a couple of 80% dark chocolate bars, and have since seen a significant improvement. I would estimate that for the past 72 hours, since eating the chocolate, the redness is down by 30%.

Obviously this could be just one of those weeks when the KPRF is calm, but I would love for someone else to try it out.
