Default Mild rosacea- want to use try either Aloe Vera gel or Coconut oil

Hey guys so I have mild rosacea, it only appears in autumn and winter and I also get dry and flaky skin.
I read a lot about effects of Aloe Vera or Coconut oil and I want to try them. Which one should I start with and how do you apply them correctly?
    Thanks!

I cleanse my face with coconut oil. It's all I use and it reduced a lot of my breakouts. When I couple it with occasionally exfoliating, it is even more helpful. Make sure you don't over-exfoliate... ie. no more than once a week, tops. I did it every day and I ended up with a red, dry, angry face. I use the refined coconut oil because I didn't want to rub something sugary on my face.

    Hi

I use an aleo vera soap to wash my face and then put coconut oil on straight after and let in sick into my skin. Worked wonders for me

I've been using organic virgin coconut oil. Why did you choose to use refined?
