    Tried msm sulphur years ago - didn't help from what I can remember. Tried sulphur soap as well as SAL3 soap

    MSM are drinking. At least 30g / day. This is best done on 3x10g / day.
    Probably you have been a funny one capsule a day? Give a chance and try it for a month at least 30g per day.

    Yeah it was a capsule.

    It's early days, but I'm liking this sage I'm trying. It is a cooling and drying herb.

    ashwagandha wasn't for me though


    sage has helped i think (although possible improvement down to charcoal facewash i'm trying and could even just be me imagining placebo etc). sage twice a day was too much, and even one a day was also, so i'm trying every other day now

    I'm going to start taking a ZMA supplement (Zinc + Magnesium + VitB6). I'm mainly taking it for muscle recovery and sleep aid, but I've heard zinc can also help redness too.

    I'll report back any positive results if I notice any.

    there are many interesting info indeed.

    About other remedies.. I haven't tried Mirvaso because of all the bad reviews.. the problem is the rebound effect

    If there was some vasoconstrictor without the rebound effect...
