It arrived today. Took 2 capsules around morning time, and 2 around an hour ago (2100 hours). I'll probably just have 2 capsules a day before bed though. Did anyone else feel hot after taking them? I personally hate this feeling as it always was a symptom of an upcoming flush.

Take 3 in the morning on an empty stomach. And 3 afternoon. Do not take at night. Then describe your feelings.

I think it's too soon to tell. Been taking daily for a week now. 2 at night, and either 1 in morning if not working / 2 in morning if am working (makes stomach a bit dodge). skins gotten oilier, few rashes have appeared - but disappeared quickly. not really noticed any improvement in flushing yet, but had a bad one today - it sucked. mood might possibly be improved, but not sure if placebo. I'll keep at it for now. Cheers.

Out of interest, has anyone tried Sage for KPRF?
I read it helps hot flushes for menopausal women.
even though I'm a bloke below 30, if it helped i would take it.

Right I'm stopping ashwagandha now. Flushing again. Past few flushes have been more severe than in recent times. ****s sake. Gonna try Sage. Does anyone have any experience with Sage?

It's a herb man, try googling it - there will be plenty of articles on it. Try googling it with the words 'hot flush' as well. I know only taking ashwagandha for a week wasn't long enough - but I was getting bad flushes with it; worse than normal. Trying sage now. If anyone else has tried sage, please give your experience
