You don't need to wash your face every day .

I only wash my face when I have to shave . That's the only time water touches my face

If I didn't have to shave I would never wash my face .
How do you shave with KPRF? I get horribly red if I try to use a razor. I've had to switch to shaving full time with one of the electric trimmers that doesn't even cut close.

I recommend only shaving at night before bed, that way your skin will calm down by the time you wake up. I dry shave with disposable razor & beard trimmer.

Pepcid can be purchased from other countries very cheap on Ebay. Pepcid is a brand of the active ingredient: famotidine. Just put famotidine into the ebay search box.

Always consult a medical professional before taking medication.

Yep, I'll let you know the results as soon I can try them. I will start with Ashwagandha only at the beginning and after probably I'll try to add the other ones to see if I get better results..

Cheers for the info. Yep, I've seen that it's famotidine and I know I can buy from other websites.. problem is that if you import prescription only medicines in your country you can have legal problems.. I've seen there are similar products that are not prescription only but this Pepcid AC seems that has less side effects compared to the others.
Just for share, I've read that P"epcid Total" ( a variant of Pepcid AC ) should give better results.

I am the complete opposite .. Weird

I could never put one of those things anywhere near my face . Irritates my skin like mad .

Anyway Here's how My shaving Routine .

    1. Gillete Fusion Blades .. I will only get 3 shaves out of each blade ( If I use it anymore after that it will only irritate my skin )

Expensive but there's no other way around this .

    2. Avene Sensitive Gentle Cleanser is what I use as shaving foam .

    3. I shave every 2nd day

    4. Has to be warm / hot water . then rinse with cold water when finished shaving

I find I get a better shave after a shower because my face is moist after showering

    5. I always go for a walk after shaving to get the Fresh Air - Wind or Cold on face .

Really cools my face down , So shaving first thing in the morning or in the evening works perfect for me

    6. If I didn't shave my redness would be 100 times worse . (Blush area )

Shaving leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft and fresh
