    Congratulations,
Can you write something more. What makes this success? You eat healthy? You play sports? You go to psychotherapy? You use additional supplements? You work in the fresh air? Do you increase the dose Ashwangandhas? etc

    Hi Poppe

He doesn't take anything else . He done it the right way unlike others

I see a lot of people on this forum . Going on about taking heaps of different supplements at the same time . They are obsessed with it

Its not rocket science . You take one thing at a time and see what happens

Ive been looking more into this Ashwagandha root , Its a stimulant

So basically you will get benefit straight away from taking it .

So the 3 capsules Cooper is taking is making him Calm + relaxed = Face less red

2 capsules wasn't doing much for him at the start .

So the best quality Ashwangandha root + right quanity is a must .

I wondering now would a tincture be even better than taking capsules ?

Pepcid can be purchased from other countries very cheap on Ebay. Pepcid is a brand of the active ingredient: famotidine. Just put famotidine into the ebay search box.

Always consult a medical professional before taking medication.

Here's something for you to try out for a week

Ditch that and I bet your skin will even be better . (Redness)

You don't need to wash your face every day .

I only wash my face when I have to shave . That's the only time water touches my face

If I didn't have to shave I would never wash my face .
