    Default Can you drink coffee?

Just wondering if it is a trigger for most of you? It seems to bother me actually any type of caffeine without staying hydrated does

I can drink it most of the time. Sometimes, if my face is flushy from some other trigger, the heat of a beverage will make my nose red for a little while.

It almost never bothers me. Sometimes I will get a "normal" flush (meaning, what I got before rosacea, a light pink). But I have gotten a pretty big flush from it, once. Temperature related I believe, not caffeine related.

In of itself, coffee/caffeine isn't a trigger for me. The fact its hot does cause flushing however. I tend to have my coffee cold.

Tea doesn't bother me as much.. I still drink coffee a few times a week but as long as I am eating very low carb I seem to be okay.. I just love coffee lol
