Unhappy Nothing helps me with my redness

    Hi Everybody,

    My first post here.

I've been struggling with my facial redness for almost a year now. I've got redness of my nose area + fluffy skin + itching.
Nothing helps. It just comes and goes. 3 days ago I had a perfect skin. Today my face is extremely red. Please see the attached picture.

I've tried everything. Ointments(steroid and non-steroid), shampoos(such as nizoral), salicylic acid, washing my face with mineral water(such as Evian), not washing my face for a few days. I've tried numerous diets. I cut off sugar and oily food. Doesn't help.
What I noticed is that stress always worsens my situation. But I can't help it since I got OCD. I can't fight it.
I haven't visited any doctors. I know it's just a waste of time and money.

Does it look like rosacea or dermatitis of some sort? How do you cope with it in public. People look at me strangely. It makes me very uncomfortable.

I would appreciate any advice from you all!

    Easy

Put to your two fingers some calophylle vegetal oil and apply to your redness. massage it while 30seconds.
Put just enough to make sure your surface is not oily after the massage

Put some hydrance optimale legere with spf from avene on your redness using two fingers.
Not a lot, just enough to cover the redness.

With this you will stop a big amount of flush

And with two fingers put some avene fluid foundation "natural" colors.
This is just to unify your color

    Here we go.

Dont forget to thanks me ;)

edit: oh, after your shower, dont forget to spray your face with avene or roche posay water just in order to remove limestone of your face which make irritating

I have been trying the Clinique Redness Solution range, quite expensive, but I think it works brilliantly, my redness has gone, all I have now is the acne Rosacea, hope that helps, also have purchased some Emu Oil, not yet tried but if successful as well will definitely put on the forum.

This could be some kind of eczema to. Do you have problems with dandruff?

Depends on how good your doctor is.
Does it look like rosacea or dermatitis of some sort?
Lupus can also give such a malar/butterfly rash.
