    I was just wondering, how long do flare ups usually last?

    For me it was once a month for about a year, then once a week, and for the last 2 months they never fully subside before another one starts.

    I've read rosacea is caused by dust mites and a 50% tea trea oil solution (mixed with 50% of another oil) kills the bacteria that cause it so here's hoping!
