Question Rifaximin where to buy it?

    Hello,

In France, this antibiotic is not sold on pharmacy(only under control through hospital). It was sold without prescription in Spain but no more now.

I don't know how to get this product without a prescrition (my doc and derm can't made the prescition).

I hardly believe that this try could be very benefic for me. I have a lot of diharrea issues with flatulence.

I have a history of antibiotic and it didn't help my gut.

I don't trust so much online pharma but if you have a good recommandation. I prefer to try to get it in other country where prescrition (I travel a lot / friends) is not needed but I don't find them.

    Hey,

    I bought rifaximin from here:

    http://www.worldwidemeds.lt/

No prescription needed and I did not have any problems with them.

Before rifaximin you can try peppermint oil capsules (enteric coated) - for my experience peppermint oil have quite same healing effect than rifaximin. And most important: if you have sibo you could also have leaky gut. There is strong connection between sibo and leaky gut.

I have taken care of my leaky gut and I I have had very good results. My flushing has reduced significantly (I have subtype 1 rosacea).

So if you use rifaximin to heal sibo it can only be part of the solution. The biggest questíon is: why good effects of rifaximin last only about 9 months? Maybe is because there is so many other thing messed up in the gastrointestinal area.

With rosacea I have had these:

    acid reflux
    dysbiosis
    sibo
    leaky gut
    low stomach acid
    adrenal fatigue
    very bad digestion

    Hope these help,

    Sepi

    Thanks Sepi for your answer.

I alreday tested for 2 weeks peppermint oil caps (1 before each meal) without any success. This oil is not so good, give me a lot of gastric reflux.

My doc give me Nifuroxazide (french name), it's a antiotic again gut bacteria. If I have no success I will try Rifaximin.
