Default Best option for skin barrier strengthening

I'm considering vbeam or IPL for my accutane induced rosacea. I don't have tiny vessels, it's just a permament redness due to skin barrier thinning. What would be the best option for this case? I read somewhere that vbeam would make my skin thinner and IPL would make it thicker. Is this true?

I would seriously consider low-level red light therapy before you get into laser treatments. It will rebuild your collagen and elastic fiber density in your skin and improve your redness, skin sensitivity/sensitivity to triggers.

    Feel free to PM me.

Toleraine Soothing Light Facial Fluid for moisturizer. I don't use a special cleanser. Clonidine daily; klonopin sometimes.
BEST and CURRENT TREATMENT I use: Low-Level Red Light Therapy LED array.
Please feel free to PM me with your low-level red light therapy (LLRLT) questions. I'm happy to help if I can.
