Default IPL VS. BBL VS V-BEAM for redness and flushing

ive seen quite a bit on here about IPL and VBEAM lazer treatments, but i am pretty curious about BBL (broadband lazer). have any of you heard of/tried this for redness and flushing?

Is Broadband laser like IPL? I have only had 2 IPLs in the last 3 weeks. I don't know the total result yet and I am scheduled to get another one done in the next couple weeks.
