Default pink skin days after vbeam?

I was hoping to get some feedback. I got vbeam 4 days ago. There was some bruising, which seems to be going away. But more concerning to me is several areas of pinkness resulting from the treatment that haven't seemed to diminish much. From everything I've read, any pinkness should subside from few hours to a day or two. Have other people experienced increased pinkness 4 days out? Or is this a warning sign that my skin may have been burned?

    Thanks!

For me this is normal after v beam. Some areas are pink, some bruised. Pinkness usually resolves in 1-2 weeks, bruising can take up to 6 weeks

    Hi Ath

I wouldn't worry about it. The whole recovery/healing process post Vbeam takes between 8-12 weeks, so up until then there is alot of things going on under the skin and blood vessels may be a little crazy for a while during this phase until they get absorbed. You cannot get burnt with vbeam; it is a laser specially designed not to impact on the skin - it only target the blood vessels - hence why you'll be bruised or pink and then you might look pink/red patchy or have good/bad skin tone days during the 8-12 weeks healing period until blood vessels get absorbed or settle down. Re-evaluate things at the 12 week mark.

    Keep us updated.
